  • Explain room features to guests, general location of areas of interest and available services.
  • Inform guests about all hotel facilities, their locations and hours of operation.
  • Maintain work area neat and organized.
  • Meet and greet guests.
  • Report all unsafe conditions immediately.
  • Take guest and their luggage to and from their rooms.
  • Inspect guestrooms for general condition of lights, heat, A/C, television, radio and bathrooms.
  • Pick up and deliver dry cleaning for the guests by stated times.
  • Provide information on local attractions and give directions.
  • Attend all mandatory meetings.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor to include cross training.
  • Provide transportation to local restaurants and attractions.
  • Deliver messages and/or packages to meeting and guestrooms.
  • Service electric carts and vehicles when needed.

  • Less than three moving violations in the three previous years. No DUI convictions.
  • Must have current driver’s license.
  • Read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
  • Familiar with local area and attractions.
  • Experience in operating a twelve-passenger van or stretch limousine preferred.
  • 60 days Guest Services/Bell experience preferred.
  • Valid CDL license where applicable.
  • No employee will pose a direct threat to the health/safety of self or others.
