- Explain room features to guests, general location of areas of interest and available services.
- Inform guests about all hotel facilities, their locations and hours of operation.
- Maintain work area neat and organized.
- Meet and greet guests.
- Report all unsafe conditions immediately.
- Take guest and their luggage to and from their rooms.
- Inspect guestrooms for general condition of lights, heat, A/C, television, radio and bathrooms.
- Pick up and deliver dry cleaning for the guests by stated times.
- Provide information on local attractions and give directions.
- Attend all mandatory meetings.
- Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor to include cross training.
- Provide transportation to local restaurants and attractions.
- Deliver messages and/or packages to meeting and guestrooms.
- Service electric carts and vehicles when needed.

- Less than three moving violations in the three previous years. No DUI convictions.
- Must have current driver’s license.
- Read, write and speak English fluently.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
- Familiar with local area and attractions.
- Experience in operating a twelve-passenger van or stretch limousine preferred.
- 60 days Guest Services/Bell experience preferred.
- Valid CDL license where applicable.
- No employee will pose a direct threat to the health/safety of self or others.
