Job Description
Maintain the building to ensure safe and clean experience for hotel guests, associates and vendors.

oOperate dish washing machine; maintain organization - proper rack stacking, silver presoaking, etc.
oSweep and mop floors. Keep floors clean and dry, clean up wet spills immediately.
oClean walls, tables, racks, sink, floor mats and disposal area. Polish stainless steel.
oClean ovens, hoods, filters, drains, hot boxes, steam tables, flat boxes and ceiling vents, according to schedule or as specified by chef.
oEmpty all trash cans over ¾ full at end of shift, wash out and return to kitchen.
oComply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
oPerform any other job related duties as assigned.

Experience, Skills and Knowledge
oAbility to push/pull service carts weighing up to 150 pounds.
oAbility to transport heavy objects through a crowded room.
oAbility to grasp, lift and/or carry equipment or furniture weighing up to 100 lbs.
oAbility to move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing a maximum of 200lbs.
oMust be willing to "pitch-in" and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player.
oAbility to lift, bend, stoop, walk, push or pull heavy equipment, and stand for extended periods of time.
oMust have the ability to communicate in English.
