CULINAIRE, a dynamic, privately-owned food and beverage management corporation headquartered in Dallas is seeking an energetic and professional Restaurant Manager for the new George W. Bush Presidential Center opening soon in Dallas. CULINAIRE provides food and beverage management services to a diverse collection of upscale accounts including performing art centers, hotels, restaurants and catering venues.  We add value to our clients’ enterprises by maintaining a distinctively high level of quality in our cuisine and service.

Your overall responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing front of the house operations to include guest relations, hiring and training personnel
• Staff scheduling
• Opening and closing duties
• Maintaining company’s high standards for food, beverage, service and atmosphere

What we're looking for:

• Minimum of three years upscale full service restaurant management experience
• Strong floor presence
• High level of professionalism, energy and integrity
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Strong background in staff training to achieve and maintain desired service levels
• Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management is preferred
