Director of Marketing & Sales - The Crosby National Golf Club

Pipeline Marketing Group is seeking an enthusiastic and capable individual to lead the event and membership sales and marketing effort at The Crosby National Golf Club, an exclusive private country club in Rancho Santa Fe.

The Crosby is the premier private country club in the North San Diego County area, boasting a championship golf course, tennis garden, sports center with a junior-Olympic swimming pool, beautiful clubhouse and a host of family and social amenities among a picturesque setting.

The successful candidate will possess a strong sense of ownership and a desire to grow and enhance the membership and event sales operations. Additionally, this candidate will have proven capabilities in driving aggressive revenue growth, while carefully balancing the most demanding quality expectations.

Qualified candidates for the Director of Sales & Marketing position will have a demonstrated track record of sales success, ideally driving new member recruitment and/or event sales within a private club, quality focused hospitality venue, non-profit organization, or similar environment.

The Director of Sales & Marketing will be the primary person responsible for maximizing membership and event sales revenues through the successful formation and execution of a strategic outbound sales and marketing effort, as well as through the development and maintenance of relationships with existing clients, members, stakeholders and prospective clients.

The Director of Sales & Marketing will utilize professional sales skills to perform outside sales calls, generate qualified leads, execute strategic marketing campaigns, and actively develop and participate in professional networking opportunities to enhance brand awareness within the community and develop potential clientele.
