Food Services Positions - Petco Park

 California Sportservice is the provider of concessions, premium services, catering and retail sales at PETCO PARK in downtown San Diego. We are part of Delaware North Companies, a premier provider of hospitality services to sports venues and other facilities. Petco Park holds 46,000 spectators at any given event and is the home of the San Diego Padres.

We are currently looking for exceptional applicants for a few key positions to work the 2013 Season.  To be considered, you must have hands-on experience in the specific position listed, plus you must bring to the table an over-the top guest services personality and presence.  (See other comments and/or requirements that apply below). All positions require exceptional TEAM PLAYER abilities. We are currently looking for applicants for the following areas and positions:

FINE DINING:

• Club/Restaurant Supervisor
• Servers
• Bartenders

CONCESSIONS

• Concessions Supervisors
• Vending Commissary Supervisors
• Interns (Concessions and Fine Dinning)

CULINARY

• Kitchen Supervisors (Multiple years of exp. in Catering and/or Banquets areas preferred. A team player with great leadership skills and a strong background working in high-volume kitchens)
• Line Cooks (3-5 years exp.  A multi-tasker, self-starter and able to work ticket system.
• Prep Cooks (Ability to follow recipes and adhere to specifications; produce high quality products in a fast-pace environment)
• Pastry Cooks (3-5 years exp. and/or Pastry certification preferred. Ability to follow pastry recipes, as high volume and scaling of recipes frequently occurs)

RETAIL

• Retail Sales Associates
