DoubleTree by Hilton Los Angeles Westside is an upscale 368 room hotel located in Culver City, three miles north of LAX off Interstate 405. PBX Operators are responsible for providing the first impression of our hotel over the phone, so a clear, courteous speaking voice and excellent customer service are essential.  Duties include answering telephone calls and connecting guests and employees to the appropriate extensions; recording and handling wake-up calls; recording and distributing messages for guests and employees; dispatching calls to Engineering, Housekeeping and Security via the 2-way radio; sending, receiving, and logging faxes for employees and guests.  Knowledge of the surrounding area is important as guests will inquire about the location of areas of interest and available services.
