We are seeking a Culinary Expert with vast experience running a high volume catering food operation for on-site and off-site catering company.
This person will need to be well versed in creating and implementing menus, recipes, procedures and policies as well as being hands on in the kitchen with the culinary staff. Must also posses strong interpersonal and organization skills, control food and labor costs while maximizing customer satisfaction, be proficient in ordering, inventory and scheduling, and provide high level customer service at all times.
