Job Description
The Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Harbor on Tudor Wharf is Boston's premier all-suite, waterfront hotel. With a 168 suites and spectacular water views this hotel is not only a great place to stay but a wonderful place to work. Nestled in historic Charlestown, Massachusetts, the Residence Inn Boston Harbor is conveniently located a half-mile from the city's bustling downtown section.

We are currently seeking a dynamic hotel General Manager for our 168 Suite Residence Inn by Marriott located on Historic Tudor Wharf in Boston, MA. The General Manager is responsible for the overall successful operation of the hotel and for meeting or exceeding its business objectives.
- Directs the total operation of the hotel
- Maintains established quality and cost standards.
- Attains projected revenue and profit levels.
- Achieves guest and associate satisfaction goals and ensure maintenance and security of the hotel's physical assets.
- Develops and updates the hotel business plan and monitors financial performance.
- Assists in revenue generation activities
- Administers company policy and procedures
- Ensures compliance of brand standards
- Assures staff are recruited, selected, trained, counseled and rewarded to maintain performance standards while "providing service beyond expectations"
Job Requirements
Requires a proven record as a successful leader as a General Manager and at least 3-5 years of hospitality experience. College degree in Hotel Restaurant Management, Accounting/Finance, Business or equivalent preferred. Brand and extended stay experience a plus.
