To provide and maintain high quality standards and
procedures in preparing and serving all banquet food. To
provide technical support to the Banquet Chef and Sous
Chef and ensures effective operation of the kitchen and
food production outlets.
Job Requirements
Position requires bending, continuous standing, pushing,
pulling carrying & lifting up to 70 lbs. Must have
ability to work standing up in a confined area for long
periods of time in order to perform the essential
functions. Must have 3 years prior experience in similar
food and beverage operation. Position requires a working
knowledge of sanitation standards.
