This position is responsible for consistently protecting and maintaining the physical assets of the hotel. Maintains safety and security systems, key control, and emergency procedures. Assists in maintaining equipment logs, tool inventory, and ensures the maintenance room, boiler room, electrical room and equipment room are kept in a clean and organized manner. Maintains OSHA and security logs. Checks hot tub, elevators, lights, performs preventive maintenance, work orders and all other jobs required by Chief Engineer. Holidays and weekends required. This is a Part time position.
The maintenance attendant will have two years of experience in preventive maintenance, and general clean tasks. Experience with a proven track record in quality assurance is required. Pool certification and hotel experience a plus. Applicant must have thorough knowledge of plumbing systems, electronic locks, and ability to follow direction with little or no supervision.
