Must be able to use motorized equipment such as pressure washers to clean various areas as needed. Must keep pool deck and surrounding areas clean and free of debris. Assist engineers and painters as needed and as instructed and check all mechanical rooms and maintain a clean environment at all times. Have the ability to clean and maintain pool gutters, pool walls, pool basket strainers, and water walls to maintain luxury standards and appearance at all times. Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language required. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 80 lbs.
