The Garden City Hotel, Long Island's leading hotel in luxury and service, has a career opportunity for an experienced Hotel Guest Services Assistant Manager. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, addressing all daily guest concerns in the hotel; overseeing the Front Desk, Front Service and Valet Parking staff; assisting with checking in/out all guests; handle all VIP check ins/out; ensure staff follow hotel credit procedures; train and manage all staff.
The ideal candidate MUST have a minimum of 2 years HOTEL Front Desk management experience, working knowledge of OPERA a plus. This position requires flexibility with scheduling, including nights, weekends and holidays. Local candidates only, please.
