The diverse portfolio includes select-service, extended stay, mid-scale and full-service hotels in primary and secondary markets.
We are currently recruiting an energetic, goal oriented GENERAL MANAGER for our 101 room Hampton Inn in Anchorage, Alaska.
This position is responsible for consistently delivering results that contribute to the mission and overall success of the hotel by accomplishing performance objectives focused on business revenues, guest and associate satisfaction and effectiveness and efficiencies. The General Manager will coordinate, direct and manage day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will need to embrace leading a solid team to being a better team, training and developing them to excel in their roles and continuously improve; motivate associates to exceed expectations of the guests; passionately uphold and elevate a positive work environment for the internal guests - our associates; and be an active member in the community.
*Two to three years current General Manager experience required.
*Proven track record in achieving high guest service ratings.
*Hilton brand experience a plus.
*Proven track record of achieving Revenues and GOP objectives.
*Sales leadership experience desired.
*Proficient in Revenue Management and strategic assessment.
*Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills are a must.
*Above average aptitude with computer automation and experience utilizing MS Word and MS Excel required.
