Job Description

The Hilton's Award Winning DoubleTree Suites by Hilton in Phoenix is looking for an energetic, customer service oriented individual to take on the roll of Group Rooms Coordinator/Reservationist.  
In this position you are responsible for handling all reservations calls made to the hotel during normal business working hours. Assist the Revenue Manager and Sales Team with administrative job duties such as: group masters, rooming lists, reservations forms, running and analyzing a variety of reservation reports.  To lead by example and display knowledge of Front Office functions in accordance with hotel standards.  

Job Requirements

Qualified candidates must have excellent customer service skills, exceptional phone etiquette.  Strong organizational skills and computer literate (type 50+wpm).  Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.  Previous related experience required. Working knowledge of OnQ system.
