The Hampton Inn Tucson Airport, with 126 rooms, is located at the entrance to Tucson International Airport.
We are seeking a dynamic, assertive and well seasoned Hotel Manager with a can-do attitude to be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our property.

We are looking for a strong candidate with a proven track record, franchise background, and experience in the Hilton/Hampton Inn organization. Knowledge of the Hilton OnQ System is a plus!
Will oversee all departments and will have a very hands -on approach and strong emphasis on guest services. Be a visible presence in daily front office operations and oversee all operational aspects of this property.
The ideal candidate will have extensive rooms experience with an emphasis in the daily operational aspects of all Front Desk Operations while demonstrating ability to motivate team members to provide outstanding service to guests.
Duties include the following:
Oversees the guest service function to ensure corrective action is taken to resolve guest complaints and ensure superior guest service is delivered.
Maximizes room revenues by anticipating and planning for market shifts; develops and monitors strategic marketing prospects; develops, implements and monitors annual business and marketing plans and participates in appropriate sales & marketing efforts.
Measures the effectiveness of broad-based marketing plans and yield management efforts to maximize the number of market segments reached, and to diversify the sources of revenues.
Develops and maintains rapport with key community contacts to ensure a visible presence in the local community.
Oversees the security function to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and hotel assets. Establish and maintain a proactive human resources function to ensure employee motivation, training and development.
A minimum of three years Franchise Management experience, within the Hilton/Hampton Inn organization, plus a proven track record.
Strong sales background a plus!
Must be flexible and adaptable with a high degree of enthusiasm, initiative, and professionalism.
