Lead Reservation Center Agent

We are a small, high-growth company which provides software and reservation center services to the golf industry.  We are looking for someone to manage a 3-person reservation center located in our client’s offices in north Scottsdale.  This individual will also be expected to answer calls and book tee times on behalf of our client’s courses.

Full-time, lead reservation center agent that manages the reservation center, reports to Chicago headquarters and to local management company.  The position pays $14/hour.  Our client is a golf management company with quality golf courses in multiple states.  Our company is growing rapidly and we will look to hire individuals who have a capacity to take on more responsibility. 

Any candidate must be able to commute to our offices in north Scottsdale, AZ on a daily basis.

• Interacting by phone with the golfer in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Interacting by phone with the golf shop employees in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Reporting to corporate and local client on weekly basis.
• Be able to follow the reservation protocol on every call.
• Oversee quality, with help of corporate, of other reservation center agents.
• Ensure that the reservation center is always professional and presentable.

• Great verbal communication skills as well as ability to work with others.
• Good keyboard skills and impressive telephone etiquette.
• Strong written skills.
• High level of comfort using software applications.

• Experience in golf industry strongly preferred.
• Reservation center experience a plus.
• Customer service background also a plus.
