  • Sales experience of 2 or more years required.
  • Ability to travel for sales and training opportunities.
  • Strong relationship management and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in independently or in a group to complete projects.
  • Ability to represent the property and company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  • Effectively manage and overcome client objections.
  • Strong closing and contract negotiation skills.
  • Goal oriented individual must be driven to exceed sales goals.
  • Ability to maintain a strong sales pipeline through active prospecting and consistent lead generation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effectively communicates sales productivity through corporate reporting.
  • Initiates strategic sales activities to assist overall property revenue goals.
  • Becomes expert at brand culture and leads the effort in promoting culture throughout property.
  • Proficient in excel, word and power-point.
  • Participates in local chamber and public relations events.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
