Qualifications:
- Must have 3 – 5 years of high volume recruitment experience in a fast paced environment using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Thorough knowledge of U.S. employment laws and practices.
- Experience in creating and managing social media properties (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, etc.) including daily monitoring, posting and content development.
- Must be able to work with personnel from all levels.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work a flexible work schedule including evenings and weekends when needed.
