Position: Front Desk Agent

Position Summary:

Combining ultra-stylish decor, stunning views of Hollywood Hills and the Hollywood sign with extraordinary service, premier accommodations and a generous amount of flexible meeting space, the soon to be opened Loews Hollywood Hotel will welcome guests to experience the most dynamic neighborhood in Los Angeles

Responsible for performing a variety of duties including guest registration, handling of guest inquiries, acting as a liaison between guests and other hotel departments, with the primary purpose of satisfying the guest and achieving repeat business.  Also performs a variety of cashiering functions including guest check in checkout.  Responsible for upholding hotel credit policy and procedures. Continues to strive to reach a higher level of hospitality.  Provides a level of service commensurate to that of four Star Hotel. 

Required Skills and Experience:

 Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours. Flexible schedule, able to work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking).  Professional appearance and hospitality skills required.
