The T-Rex Cafe in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to join their team!
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• Minimum of 2+ years of BOH experience in medium to high volume restaurants
• Excellent leadership skills • Maintains a “sense of urgency” attitude for the completion of responsibilities & tasks
• Strong food costing skills with the ability to meet/exceed budgeted costs
• Ability to work in a deadline driven, fast-paced, high pressure environment
• Exceptional communication skills with willingness to develop team members and staff
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects; easily adapts to change

Must have 2+ years of a successfully managing in medium to high volume full service restaurants. Must have upbeat and energetic personality. Must be versed in writing schedules and meeting or beating budgeted labor cost through effective management. Must possess skills to motivate and develop staff.
