Asst. Food & Beverage Manager

The Embassy Suites Dallas Park Central, a 279 Suite Hotel, is seeking a dynamic Asst. Food & Beverage Manager, or a F&B Supervisor that is ready for a new challenge.

This individual will be responsible for the Complimentary Breakfast, Restaurant, Lounge, and Banquet operations.

You will train, supervise, and schedule F&B staff in accordance with business needs, productivity and service standards.

Utilize computer programs to analyze forecast, cost, and revenue reports and decisions based on that information to ensure maximizing of profits.

Observe F&B outlet operations and take needed action to ensure standards of product presentation and service are being maintained.

Respond to guest inquiries and coordinate special arrangements and requests for F&B outlets.

*Prefer someone with Strong Banquet Background.  Must be TABC Certified

*Knowledge of Food and Beverage industry, current market trends.
*Knowledge of OSHA, Department of Health Sanitation regulations.
*Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers and staff.
*Hands On approach to Management
*Minimum 2 years hotel food and beverage supervisory experience.
