The Club

Carmel Country Club is a prestigious family oriented, full service private country club established in 1947.  Carmel has earned recognition as a Five Star Private Club and was named the number 13 private club in America by Club Leaders Forum. We take great pride in our wonderful facility and the memorable experiences we create for our membership everyday. The club has a high volume ala carte dining restaurant, as well as a strong banquet business where we cater to all type of special events and corporate events. Our athletic facilities include 2 championship 18 hole golf courses designed by Rees Jones and George Cobb, a golf practice range, shop, and learning center, a state of the art Tennis Facility, and two resort like swimming pools, as well as a 2500 square foot fitness center. While the Country Club is our product offering, we are clearly in the people business and work very hard at ensuring that we are providing top notch service to our membership at all times.

Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

The primary focus of the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager position is to consistently guide and manage club operations as they relate to food and beverage in the Men's Grill.  Excellent customer service skills are essential, as well as some management experience, preferably in a Country Club environment. The position requires an energetic, detail oriented, self-motivated professional who can quickly build strong relationships with our membership. The successful candidate will work as part of a team of managers and must have a strong work ethic, treat others with respect and be able to maintain good working relationships at all levels throughout the club. Applicants with a degree in Hospitality Management are preferred plus at least two years of related experience. Please submit salary requirements.
