The Residence Inn By Marriott Cherry Hill, a leader in the hospitality industry, is currently searching for an experienced EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER with supervisory experience, preferably with limited-service or upscale extended-stay hotel experience to help lead our team.
Responsibilities to include:
* Guest service
* Motivating Housekeeping staff
* Establish and implement operational procedures for the housekeeping department.
* Train staff on Marriott Quality Service
* Plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff including scheduling.
* Coordinate the inspection of assigned areas to ensure that health regulations, safety standards and departmental policies are being met.

* Housekeeping and supervisory experience required.
* Hotel industry experience a plus.
* Experience working with the Marriott brand a plus!
* Must be a hands-on manager.
* Must be organized and detail oriented.
* Individual must have a great deal of flexibility in schedule, due to business needs.
* Must be bilingual English/Spanish
