Catering Manager

Farmington Country Club is looking for an experienced food and beverage professional with strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills to assist with the daily operation of our busy Catering Department. The Catering Manager reports to the Director of Catering and is responsible for the planning, organization, and administration of the Club's social and business events, from the initial contact with members to planning menus, preparing contracts, handling correspondence, coordinating event details, working with outside vendors, and billing.

Competitive candidates should have a minimum of three to five years of similar, sales experience in a restaurant, resort, hotel, or club environment; a college degree in hospitality management or business preferred.
