We are searching for a highly motivated individual with hotel sales and business skills. Our energetic SALES COORDINATOR are motivated by success and career growth.
The ideal candidate will be able to perform basic responsibilities such as:
Answer and direct all service/sales/catering phone calls.
Maintain accurate files, records, reports and be completely familiar with all phases of the filing system.
Maintain a good working relationship with other departments, employees and guests.
Prepare proposals, confirmations, thank-you letters, cover sheets, function sheets, rooming lists, V.I.P. amenities. Handle all correspondence to the Director of Sales and other assigned Sales Managers.
Complete other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales/Sales Managers that contribute to the day to day success of the department.
Daily updates and reports from maintaining future booking logs.
