We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Front Office Manager at the Hilton Garden Inn in Lake Mary, FL and are actively looking to meet the best and brightest talent that the hospitality industry has to offer. The Front Office  Manager, reporting to the General Manager, will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk, Housekeeping and Food & Beverage departments, including associate recruitment and retention, training and development, scheduling and strict adherence to all Waterford Hotel Group and Hilton guest service standards.

Previous hotel experience required.

Experience with Revenue Management preferred.

Either a degree in hotel management or 1-3 years hotel supervisory experience.
