Job Description
The Steward reports to the Supervisor Stewarding and is responsible for the general cleanliness of the kitchen area; including loading and unloading dishwashing equipment to properly clean tableware, making sure trash is removed, and other assigned tasks to maintain the cleanliness of assigned area.
