Job Requirements:

THE GENERAL MANAGER MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA AT MINIMUM:

*5 Years Hotel Management experience, and 2 years General Manager experience in a select/limited service hotel required.
* Prior Hilton General Management experience is highly desirable.
*Possess strong oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, planning and organizational ability, and a "High Touch" customer service attitude.
*Possess the ability to maximize hotel revenue through defined market segmentation.
*History of superior controls and financial performance.
*Possess professional leadership and teamwork skills.
