The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining the hotel facility, including the physical building structure, all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems, and related equipment. Other responsibilities include conducting site inspections, performing preventative maintenance, controlling utility consumption, and managing contractor/vendor work projects.

• Strong knowledge in the areas of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical tasks.
• Must also posses strong leadership skills.
• 2 years Lead Maintenance or Supervisory experience in the hotel industry preferred
• Hilton experience a plus
