Front Desk Night Auditor assists with managing the overall hotel operations and reconciliation of all revenues on the moonlight shift. As the designated go-to person on the overnight shift, they perform as the "Jack of all Trades" functioning as accountant, agent, host and housekeeper depending on the immediate need. This person possesses savvy knowledge of hotel operations, the surrounding geographic area and all hotel facilities. Comfortable being the leader and operating autonomously in the absence of the Night Auditor Supervisor and be focused on maintaining the look and feel of the hotel assuring it is fresh and ready for the next day. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working independently and is a "night owl". This role provides a wonderful introduction to the hotel industry as it allows interaction with several areas of the hotel.

-Possess ability to take initiative and be empowered to resolve guest complaints
-Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently
-Take pride in the overall look and feel of the hotel assuring cleanliness and conditions are at their peak at all times
-Must be able to effectively speak, read, write and understand english language
-Must be detail oriented and possess ability to make sound decisions for the hotel and for the greater
good of the guest in absence of night audit supervisor
-Ability to multitask
-Own the desk and hotel operations and strive to exceed guest expectations at every opportunity
-Must possess basic computer skills; Microsoft Word, Excel, email
-Ability to use a 10 key calculator
-Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time
-Must be flexible to work any scheduled overnight shift including holidays and weekends
-Must have reliable transportation
-Accounting and accounts receivables knowledge a plus

Education & Experience:

-High school or equivalent education preferred
-1 to 2 years of customer service preferred
-1 year of hotel night audit experience preferred

-3rd shift; 11pm-7am
