The ideal Front Desk Supervisor must illustrate the ability and drive to be a natural leader that people gravitate to and love to emulate. The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for the overall operations of the Aloha Desk. This includes ensuring all check-in and check-out procedures are practiced, kiosk operations, Re:fuel sales and the general operations of hotel facilities are processed as according to Aloft brand standards. Being passionate about guest service and embracing the Aloft culture, is a very important aspect of being a Front Desk Supervisor.

-Posses the ability to lead by example and provide support to staff
-2 plus years of supervisor experience preferred
-1 to 2 years of hotel front desk supervisor experience preferred
-Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time
-Must be able to effectively communicate (written and verbal)
-Ability to multitask
-Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
-Ability to be detail oriented and focused
-Ability to use computers to process and print daily reports
-Ability to use a 10 key calculator and perform mathematical functions
-Maintain cash bank
-Must be able to work in a team environment
-Ability to motivate team, embrace the aloft culture and commit to "owning" the desk and desk operations and strive to exceed guest expectations at every opportunity
-Must be flexible to work any scheduled shift including holidays and weekends
-Must be able to lead team and effectively delegate duties and responsibilities to ensure daily work is completed
-Must have reliable transportation
-Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management team
