Dining Room Manager

Westside Exclusive Country Club is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to serve our members and guest in our fine dining rooms.  Run our dining rooms and supervise the staff. Work on improving and taking the dining room experience to the next level and keep moving the bar to exceed member expectations.

Supervise the room and the staff.  Must be knowledgeable in wines, able to take meal order correctly, input information into dining room computer, pick up order from the kitchen and bar and serve it properly. Understand the requirements of a room set up and make sure it is done properly, understand how the room flows and keep everything and everyone moving seamlessly. Understand the different positions in the dining room. Work and train with the staff to achieve expectations.

Must be polite, customer service oriented, clean and pressed, outgoing, friendly and serve with a smile.  3-5 years previous fine dining experienced required.  Previous 5 star dining room and/or club experience required.
