Golf  Resort/Spa  General Manager

Responsible for the operation of the resort facility in its entirety, including hotel, golf shop, starter, range, food and beverage, golf course maintenance, clubhouse maintenance, pool, general store, equestrian center, spa,  and accounting. Directs and coordinates activities of at the Resort (100+ rooms) to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations and maximize profits by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. Train, teach, coach, motivate. Lead or set standards, allocate resources, and monitor results

Experience and knowledge in all aspects of hotel/resort operations and golf course management

5 to 10 years of progressive experience in golf course management and hotels or similar resorts to include knowledge of golf course operations, retail services, and the planning and coordination of promotional activities.

Excellent analytic and communication abilities

Effectively interact with all guests and employees

Build highly motivated and professional teams

Proven change agent and coalition builder

Anticipate obstacles and employee sound judgment in making decisions

Rapidly adapt and adjust to change---Spanish helpful
