The sous chef  is in charge of all the cooking. The sous chef's job is to directly supervise the entire kitchen staff, including the line cooks, prep cooks and dishwashers. The sous chef will work directly under our Head Chef. will be in charge of training along with the Head chef

We are a Steakhouse in western ND doing 500 covers a day.

Looking for an individual with experience and the drive to push others.

 

Minimum 3 years experience

Bilingual is a plus

Works well with others

Available to work 50+ hours  per week
