Legendary Restaurant in Downtown Chicago -----------------------------------------

We were seeking an an Executive Chef for a very hip, trend and high-volume downtown Chicago restaurant.  This unique venue has a style and rhythm all its own.  From the moment you walk in the door you know you are in for an experience.  This very busy concept is lively, colorful and fun.  The restaurant also offers banquet/private party facilities for up to 350 people. 

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef with an extensive background in P & L, cost management, employee management with an ability to work in a very fast-paced, high energy restaurant will find this demanding environment to be a rewarding experience.

  • Past experience in a high-volume ($8M+) restaurant
  • Ability to flawlessly prepare and present high quality food
  • Extensive P & L experience
  • Proven effectiveness in labor and food cost management
  • Proven ability to manage a large team (25+)
  • Ability to "hit the ground running"
