Kitchen Manager

School near Lake Wales Florida currently hiring a Kitchen Manager.  This is a hands on position involved in production.  Must have strong culinary background, training skills, team player, high sanitation standards, stable work history, lead by example.  Good communication skills and math skills.  Will be responsible for hiring, scheduling, ordering, inventories, food cost and menu development.
