Job Details
Great Opportunity for Entry Level Supervisor to learn the Housekeeping Department in order to move to management. Learn to supervise a team of 15-20 personnel in the housekeeping department. Plan schedules and train new employees, make orders and learn inventory.
Will train the right candidate to accomplish the following duties.
Plan work schedules for room attendants.
Assigns Houseman duties.
Supervises Linen and Laundry
Keeps Employee Records updated.
Trains new employees
Works with Maintenance and Front Office Manager to keep rooms maintained
Inventories Linens and Orders supplies.
Certification available through Best Western
* Must be able to communicate in English and Spanish
* Some hotel housekeeping experience necessary
