Lodge Manager
Location: US - CA - Santee
Job Description
*The entire tasks related to the lodge renovation|Setting up the installment for the new system etc
*Contact with vendors related to the lodge such as travel agency, telephone company, and room supplies etc.
*Supervise all the department staffs (Front desk, housekeeping, facility maintenance, security staff )
*Cooperate with the other departments ( Golf and Food& Beverage)
*Handle check-in/out (GDS and POS system), place the reservation, other customer services
*Complete daily sales report, night audit report
*Process invoice, contact to vendors if any inquiry
*Coordinate package for the customers
*Staff hiring and scheduling
Skills/ Requirements
*Must be familiar with GDS and POS system
*Must have management experience in a hotel
*Must have experience in supervising staffs
*Must be responsible, reliable and proactive and a strong problem solver
*Must be able to work weekends and some graveyard shifts
Salary
From $38,000/annually(semi-monthly payment)

Shift: 5:00AM-11:00PM with some graveyard
*After renovation we will open 24 hours

CARLTON OAKS GOLF CLUB is a golf course with long history located in Santee, it's about 20 minutes from San Diego Down Town.
We're now renovating the lodge facility and it will be completed by coming spring, It will change to a sophisticated and luxurious hotel!
We're installing new system, furniture, and also hiring new staffs, this position will be quite important for those renewals. We'd like you to involve in a proactive way!
