The award-winning Radisson Phoenix Airport Hotel is currently seeking an experienced, energetic and motivated professional for their Front Desk Supervisor position. The Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for leading the Front Desk Staff in the absence of the Rooms Director. The Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for training, coaching and mentoring the Front Desk Staff, while still performing the standard Front Desk functions. Specific duties include:

-Serving as the point of contact for escalated guest concerns in the absence of Rooms Director or RGM
-Assisting with new hire and on-going training of guest service representatives
-Enforcing Front Desk policies and procedures
-Completing property walk-throughs
-Assisting with coverage of Front Desk Staff call-off's
-Working a variety of shifts during the week and on weekends
-Leading the Front Desk Staff in providing consistent and dependable customer service -Experience as a hotel front desk agent
-Ability to lead a team
-Strong problem solving skills
-Energetic, self motivated and organized
-Excellent communication/customer service skills
-Accuracy in cash/credit card handling
-Opera experience is a plus
-Some college experience a plus
