We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Food and Beverage Outlets Manager at the Sheraton and are actively looking to meet the best and brightest talent that the hospitality industry has to offer. The Food and Beverage Outlets Manager, is responsible for the management of the food and beverage departments to include banquets. This position maintains operational standards and maximizes profits of the hotel. Responsibilities include, budgeting, associate development, inventory control, and coordinating with sales to determine future business and workload needs. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations.

2 to 4 years previous food and beverage management experience preferably in a hotel setting. Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills. Effective time management and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree preferred.
