We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Front Desk Supervisor at the Sheraton Hartford Hotel and are actively looking to meet the best and brightest talent that the hospitality industry has to offer. The Front Desk Supervisor, for this for this 237 room full service hotel is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk including leadership of staff, providing exemplary service and strict adherence to all Waterford Hotel Group and Sheraton guest service standards. This position reports to the Front Office Manager

Previous Hotel or equivalent property front office experience with the following demonstrated skills:
Brand standards familiarity.
Excellent Guest Service and Care Skills with Reservations Systems and Guest Relations.
Excellent Leadership skills demonstrated by successful associate development, training, team building, and effective communications programs.
