Director of Catering Sales

Excellent opportunity to join the management team at a catering facility. The selected candidate will sell banquets at a high profile facility located in the Allentown/Bethlehem/Easton area.

The selected candidate will sell social functions, as well as corporate and association banquets. Existing relationships in the ABE market are very important. In addition, prospecting for new business through relationship development and cold calling is essential to success.

The ideal sales management candidate will be a hard worker, team player, possess good communication and people skills, be enthusiastic, and have a strong desire for greater responsibility and compensation.

The qualified candidate must have a minimum of three years of similar work experience in a hotel/conference center/catering/country club environment.

Salary and incentives commensurate with experience.
