Crescent Hotels & Resorts, a top 10 national hotel and resort management company, has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced General Manager at the Residence Inn Coconut Grove.  The Residence Inn is located in the heart of Coconut Grove and features 140 spacious suites and 290 square feet of meeting space. 

We are seeking a highly motivated leader with a demonstrated record of driving top line sales, managing profitability, excellence at guest service and ability to create an employer of choice culture for our associates.  Candidates should have extensive knowledge of limited service operations, including marketing plans, preparation of business plans, budget forecasting and quality assurance programs.  Strong guest relations and interpersonal communication skills are essential as well as the ability to set priorities, plan, organize and delegate.  Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of three years general manager experience.
