Assists the General Manager in managing the property operations on a day-to-day basis to assure optimum performance and continual improvement in the five Key Result Areas:
- guest service
- employees
- sales/marketing
- property appearance
- profit/financial control
Primarily engages in managing the hourly staff to include scheduling employees; directing and overseeing their daily activities; training and evaluating performance. Resolves guest and employee issues, and performs other duties as required to develop efficiency and profitability in all aspects of property management. Assumes the General Manager's responsibilities when required. Assures 100% guest satisfaction.
