ASSISTANT TO THE GENERAL MANAGER/GENERAL MANAGER

We are a San Diego-based entrepreneurial, performance-driven, customer and goal oriented Hotel, where passionate, competent and focused individuals will be given the tools, guidance and techniques to make a difference. 

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with experience as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager. Position primarily focuses on all aspects related to Hotel operations.

We're looking for hands-on, service oriented individuals with the right combination of education and training/experience and that make guest service a top priority. This job combines "in-the-trenches" front line work with heavy involvement in administrative, SOPs implementation, customer service, sales and marketing, revenue management, banquet/events planning, and supervisory aspects of the Hotel operation.
