InnPlace Hotel Phoenix-North is conveniently located off of I-17 and Peoria St.  This hotel consists of 284 guest rooms,  13,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, onsite restaurant, outdoor pool and wedding courtyard.  Come and check us out at www.InnPlacehotels.com/locations/phoenix-north.

Sells hotel guestrooms, catering services, and banquet facilities through direct client contact to maximize total rooms revenues and profits.

Primary job responsibilities include:

- Establishes client base of organizations, associations, social and corporate businesses through direct outside and inside sales effort for the purpose of securing business for the hotel to endusre that predetermined sales expectations are met or exceeded.
- Develops and maintains relationships with key clients in order to produce group and/or convention business.
- Negotiates guest room rates, meeting room rental, function space and hotel services within approved booking guidelines. Confirms in writing to the client all requirements via sales contract.
- Conducts tours of the hotel and banquet favilities. - Entertains qualified potential clients in accordance with company and property policies and procedures.
- Accurately forecasts alol bookings and cancellations.
- Self-motivated, works well independently or as part of a team.
- Maintains a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.

Education/ Experience:
* High School diploma or equivalent. 
* A minimum of 2 years work experience in sales field preferred.

Working Conditions:
* Will be required to work nights, weekends and holidays.
