Guest Services Representative

Currently, Stonebridge Companies operates nearly 40 hotels comprising approximately 6,000 guest rooms in Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, Utah, Virginia and Washington. The diverse portfolio includes select-service, extended stay, mid-scale and full-service hotels in primary and secondary markets.

We are currently seeking an experienced and friendly Guest Service Representative to greet our guests, assist with their arrival and departure and handle all front desk procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Demonstrate a consistent commitment to the highest level of guest service

* Greet guests and check them in and out with friendliness, speed and accuracy

*Operate the front desk according to General Manager specifications. Operate with accuracy the reservation system, check-in and checkout system and credit card system

* Know emergency procedures and how to respond

* Have a professional, positive image at all times

* Previous Hilton experience preferred

Candidates for consideration will possess a minimum of 1 year in a hotel Front Desk role.
