Spa Management for a full service upscale spa - will oversee all day-to-day spa services and facility operations to insure profitability, quality control, and superior service levels. 

Activities:

  • Must be able to balance tasks relating to business operations with front-of-the house direct customer service, sales and management of the team.  Will be performing receptionist, cashier, cleaning and opening and closing functions as needed while assuming direct responsibility for inventory, ordering, payroll, budgeting, reporting, and other financial responsibilities.    Maintain effective daily operations by regular monitoring to ensure that processes and policies are followed. 
  • Will be directly responsible for hiring and ongoing training, coaching and motivating of the team to ensure outstanding experience for clients.  Must create and maintain a cooperative and professional work environment to continue to improve and grow the business.   
  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the facility.  
  • Maintain a high physical presence in the spa and respond promptly to team members and clients in a professional and courteous manner to maintain harmonious environment. 
  • Marketing and sales to achieve targets through various promotions. 
  • Identify opportunities and potential problem areas throughout the operation and create and facilitate action plans in a responsive manner. 
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays and special occasions as needed.
