We are a full service hotel on beautiful Goat Island with stunning water views all around. We have 264 guest rooms, 25,000 square feet of indoor event space and 50,000 square feet of outdoor event space.

The Hyatt Regency Newport is currently seeking an experienced, self motivated, goal oriented Sales Manager to handle the Financial / Insurance Markets plus other vertical markets.! You must know the principle competition in the market and also be familiar with the other market segments. Identify and effectively manage revenue opportunities on on on-going basis. Forecast revenues and profit potential from accounts and groups within acceptable levels. Meet or exceed sales goals for group bookings/corporate accounts, new leads, contact and complete weekly sales call. Increase REVPAR through effective sales skills.

Ideal candidate must possess the following:

5 years hotel sales experience.
Negotiating skills, ability to multi-task.
Ability to communicate effectively with public and other employees.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Delphi knowledge preferred.
