We are looking for a reliable team player to join our kitchen staff at the Capital City Country Club. Our club is consistently ranked as one of the top platinum level clubs in the United States. We have an opening for a full-time 1st Cook for the PM Shift. We are seeking an individual that can handle a fast-paced, but upscale environment that requires great attention to detail and the ability to communicate with our team and work closely with the Executive Chef.

*Minimum two (2) years experience as a 1st Cook in a high-volume restaurant/resort
*Previous Club experience is a plus
*Works clean and efficiently, proficient knife skills
*High enthusiasm for culinary excellence and service
*Knowledge of POS systems, methods and processes that contribute to great execution
*Culinary degree is a plus
*Available to work PM shift 2:30 pm - 11 pm; weekends and holidays
*ServSafe Certification is a plus
